Yes I’m wearing another romper! I told you I was obsessed and I wasn’t kidding. I really believe that rompers are probably my most favorite items during summer/spring time, because you really don’t have to think so hard about pairing a top and bottom. This may seem trivial but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve torn apart my closet and drawers trying to find the right blouse-y top to go with the right flow-y shorts and by the end of it, my bed, floor, couch and kitchen island probably have clothes on them.

This is the trifecta of rompers: a bow detail, ruffles and print. The ruffles on the bottom are super cute and accentuate the flattering cut of the bottoms. But my favorite part is the bow detail on the bodice. It’s a little low cut, which I’m comfortable with, but for the girlies that aren’t you could totally layer a pretty lace bralette underneath in white, red or neutral for a little more coverage. I love these free people bralettes from Nordstrom because they don’t have underwire but are still made for support, because let’s face it, some of these bralettes are really only made for layering and not support or coverage.. and that’s not gonna really work.

This next few weeks are going to be super busy for Melissa and I; Austin Fashion Week is right around the corner and we have something really exciting up ourselves in the way of participating and we can’t wait to share it all with each of you!
