the higher the hair

February 21, 2015

Hair can be your best accessory: it’s totally unique to you, you can change it, color it, style it and make it different as much or as little as you want! But of course there are always challenges and the grass seems greener on the other side of the hair fence. For me, I have super fine hair and luckily I have a decent amount of it so I do whatever I can to make it appear as full and volumized as possible.

Whats On My Face

February 12, 2015

If you had asked me before putting together this post if I was a makeup girl, I probably would have said “not really”. Beauty Edition: What’s in my makeup bag

January 8, 2015

As a little girl, I was always fascinated by my mom getting ready in the mornings. She was so beautiful and at my young age I thought she was painting her face. I would with her at the vanity and copy her look. Of course, she looked so put together and I looked like a clown.

As an adult, I’ve learned how to properly apply makeup and no longer worry about looking like a hot mess. I absolutely love cosmetics! To be honest, I wear minimal makeup most days however on special occasions I always get my look done by a makeup artist. Throughout the years, they’ve shared with me their beauty tips and suggested products that work with my skin. I want to share with you, the cosmetics that I think every woman should own.
