Even on the laziest of Sunday’s, brunch is always a good idea. What’s better than gathering with your friends after the weekend’s shenanigans and catching up over a delicious meal. My most recent brunch experience was at Austin’s Josephine House in the neighborhood of Clarksville, where you can choose between fresh baked pastries to sweet potato pancakes. YUM….my mouth just salivated typing that! As anticipated, Josephine’s brunch menu was fresh, tasty, and definitely worthy of one of my favorite brunch spots in town.

Jennifer and I ventured out into the cold one morning to enjoy mimosas and brainstorm ideas for blog. I must admit, I’m not a huge fan of the cold so I had to figure out how I can bundle up but still look cute. I bought this sweater from Topshop years ago and it has never let me down. It’s so cozy and classic and I know it’ll last me for a few more winter seasons. The cream pairs perfectly with my favorite army green Paige skinny jeans. This simple, comfy outfit still looks polished for a brunch gathering.

Enjoy Sunday Funday! And don’t forget to treat yourself at brunch.

Aren’t those olive green skinnies the best? The color works a lot like a neutral for me! I have a pair from Zara that I love; thanks for checking us out Emily!
