In honor of Earth Day, I wanted to share some of my favorite eco-friendly brands that are changing the world. I’m such a fan of companies that are committed to making this earth a better place for future generations. I sound like such a hippie but it’s so important that we take care of the resources on this plant and consume in a responsible manner. From sunglasses to concrete planters, you’re going to become huge fans of these socially responsible businesses.
Founded in 2012, Freedom of Animals creates the most gorgeous handbags that are sustainable and cruelty-free. Based in New York, they focus on respecting nature and using high quality materials. The vegan products are so cute and the perfect everyday bag to go from work to happy hour. I just love everything about this company from their mission to their design and can’t wait to purchase the Veronika Tote .Who’s Veronika? They name all their bags after orphaned elephants they have rescued!
Handcrafted from sustainable bamboo, Panda makes a social impact on the world by gifting a portion of each purchase to Optometry Giving Sight, a non-profit who helps those in need of vision care. With such cool colors and styles to choose from, you will feel good wearing Panda sunglasses and give back at the same time. They also sell an eco-friendly watch that is made of bamboo and cork. Looks like I’ll be rockin’ these shades all summer long.

We all love to shop and in a world of so many choices, I am so happy to hear that H&M is a responsible brand committed to making the world a better place. Not only do they use reduce, reuse, and recycle but they focus on sustainability all while putting their best foot forward in some awesome outfits.
I’m totally obsessed with this socially responsible company, potigy. Truth be told, they are good friends however their mission is to clean up litter and create a beautiful concrete planter out of an item that was once considered trash. Being the recycle freak that I am, I completely connect with their philosophy as they are making the world a cleaner and more beautiful place.
