Sometimes a girl just needs to throw on a pair of loose boyfriend jeans and go to the movies. I was skeptical about boyfriend jeans at first because they look so loose and baggy but after realizing that I wanted to wear actual jeans to the movies instead of yoga pants I decided it was time to try a few boyfriend jeans. Newsflash! I should have tried them ALOT earlier!
These jeans are so super comfy and relaxed but the best part is you can pair them with all most anything. It was a little overcast yesterday morning, so I threw on a Trouve sweater I picked up on Anniversary sale a few years ago because the movies are always so chilly but you could totally wear these jeans with a super cute floral chiffon top or bohemian crochet tunic! I’ve hunted and gathered all my favorite boyfriend jeans for you below and if you not a fan of the destroyed jean look, I’ve got you girl. These destroyed AGs boyfriends have served me well, but I love the Treasure and Bond light wash destroyed ones because their affordable, great quality and are a little less destroyed than these AGs. I personally really like the cropped look because it really shows off the heel which is great because then you can pair it with some super cute statement heels for a girlie colorful touch!
PS. Have you guys ever been to the movies by yourself before? I started going alone about a year ago on a whim and I kinda love it! Its like my secret quiet contemplative time for me on rainy days or just when I feel like playing hooky from my responsibilities. I get coffee, brunch, and stop by my favorite little boutique theater downtown, Violet Crown. I usually bring a big scarf and wrap it around my shoulders, old lady style and curl up in the front row with a hot tea. The last one I saw by myself was Selma and it was so powerful. And The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel was amazing! Y’all should definitely check it out! Have you guys seen any good movies recently? I would love to hear your suggestions for my next rainy day!
