Have you guys been loving ponchos too this winter or is it just me? Pretty sure it can’t possibly be just me, although I am truly loving this look! Ponchos are amazingly chic and so comfortable; its like wearing a blanket out and about and it still being completely socially acceptable, which is the best part!
I paired this cream knit poncho (similar) from oldnavy with my favorite medium/light wash jeans. My second favorite part of this outfit is definitely the kelly green statement earrings . I’ve had them forever and they never let me down when I need to add a pop of color to an outfit! I have been really into wearing classic pumps which is something I only recently got into this past year or so, but I’m loving how the chic camel color dresses up this look and takes this casual poncho up a notch. I wore this look to my mother’s graduation from Texas State University a few weekends ago and it struck the perfect balance between dressy and casual! My family and I are so proud of all her hard work, perseverance and never giving up. It wasn’t an easy journey, there were many times when she would call me and tell me about all the bumps and stumps along the way, but she never gave up. She is such an inspiration to me and I am so incredibly proud of her; I can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds for her. Congratulations mom (because I can at least count on you reading this)!

Love this look! I just bought a poncho on super clearance from Anthro but it’s more appropriate as a coat. I love that this one is sweater-y and you don’t have to take it off indoors!
